I think its freeradius problem. Coz my freeradius log shows rlm_chap error.

But I am really new to radius, so i can't find where to fix the "rlm_chap" error.

You probably have some problem with FreeRADIUS config. Maybe a wrong order
of modules
for authorize/authenticate sections. Or a missing entry in the database for
this user.
