Configuring Reject / Disconnect Cause

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Sometimes VoIP carrier releases VoIP calls with an wrong disconnect cause. E. g. even if a call fails immediately, it is realeased always with "normal call clearing". This behaviour makes it impossible to reroute the calls to a second choice.

Because of that I want to translate all disconnect causes to "no circuit available". At a Cisco this can be done by setting "isdn reject cause 34" for the PRI interfaces. Can this translation be done by gnugk as well? If this is not possible, I would be thankful for a hint at which files I should look to implement it for myself.

Thanks
