Anyway, it spotted another minor issue with handling
Setup response timeout:)

Michal, I found out that the the loop was not caused by GnuGK, but
by the Call Manager which has not been able to find the called phone number
and thus routing the call back to the gatekeeper due to incorrect configured
routing table (at the CM). Sorry for the confusion.
