after sending a call to a destination where the terminating
gatekeeper/gateway sends no acknowledgement to the Setup message, GnuGK goes
nuts and starts trying to send the call again and again. Thus on the console
one can see how it open new sockets like crazy and of course core dumps due
to out of resources.
