i found the problem
I mean behind a not, quintum has a private ip like 10.0.0.50 and connected to adsl internet.
yes, as Qen7 said we have to define extip as public ip of internet connection but this is not working.
In gksys >Use IP Header Address = 1
above configuration must be done
I would like to share this info.

First off this is not a question to be posted here as its specifically Quintum your asking about.
Having said that, when you placed the Quintum behind the NAT did you configure an ExternalIPAddress?
This is under config-->unit-->1-->extip. Please check that.
Also is the Public IP (extip) you are or will be configuring on the Quintum static? If not then you will lose registration w/GnuGK when lease expires and IP changes.
