Make also sure the called endpoint has answer supervision, if it is connected
to analog lines.

My CDR %d indicates the duration from the start of dialing to hangup. I woud like to set it such that the duration will be from the time when the called party lifted the phone to hangup. How to configure this? Thanks for your help.
