To get the 2.2.1 sources, you need to co -rv2_2_1.

nothing in /usr/local/include nor /usr/local/lib so thats ok.
i just got a clean cvs on everything and im building clean again. if not i may
revert back to pandora o323 and pwlib.
regarding 2.2.1 in cvs, do i just specify co 2.2.1 in cvs checkout. i just get
latest openh323gk from cvs without specifying a version.
