CDRs for Rewritten Numbers

I think it would be good thing to be able to see in CDRs how exactly the 
dialed number is translated. For this you should be able to write the dialed 
number at all stages:
1. before in rule is applied
2. after in rule was applied and before general translation rule is applied
3. after general translation rule was applied and before out rule is applied
4. after out rule was applied

Currently you are not able to see which translation is done by using an out 
rule and thus you dont have a documentation which number you send to the 
terminating GW.
