gnugk proxy

Hello again,
I'm back with my problem, and some more details.
I try to connect ip_130.235.a.b with ip_192.168.1.200
through a gateway(it has 2 ip's: 82.x.x.x and 80.x.x.x
with load balancig), using gnugk and netmeeting.
The proxy.ini configuration file seems to be perfect
for what I need, but it does not work.
Both machines register on the server:
r

RCF|192.168.1.200:1720|mihai:h323_ID|terminal|3398_endp
RCF|130.235.a.b:1720|dragos:h323_ID|terminal|3401_endp
Number of Endpoints: 2
;

But when I try to connect from dragos to mihai I get
the following:
ACF|130.235.188.124:1720|3401_endp|8605|mihai:h323_ID|dragos:h323_ID=dragos:h323_ID|false;

and the connection does not work (in netmeeting I get
the message "The person you called is not able to
accept NetMeeting calls"). What can I do to improve
the situation?

Dragos
