No one can help you unless you say specifically what is going wrong.
If you configure your j323 without the GK, can you call (by IP address) another endpoint that is also configured without a GK? If not, the problem has nothing to do with gnugk; figure out what is wrong with your j323 installation, or ask the question on an appropriate forum.
If calling without the GK works, what happens when you try to use gnugk? Is there any console output? If so, post some trace output and your config file. If not, you will need to find out why your j323 is not contacting the GK. The endpoint should be sending RRQ in a UDP packet to 192.168.0.51 port 1719.
