Your inside LAN subnet (/16) with your Proxy subnet (24) does not match.
Try matching those and it should work.

Subject: Simple NAT, stupid problem???

Hi all,
 I am a newbie, and trying hard for my GNUGK 2.0.x to run with my IP Phone
and Netmeeting as well..

The situation here is that, I have a multi-home computer(i.e. NAT box),
with GNUGK installed. Then I ask my friend to connect to this gatekeeper
(which they don't have NATed connection, i.e. directly connected to my
gatekeeper 61.93.xx.xx), and also my IP Phone (Planet VIP-101T) and Windows
clients connect to my gatekeeper (192.168.0.1). The problem is that, if I
dial to others, simply just like others did not answer the call but they
DID. If others dial to my H.323 ID, seems no sound for both parties.
Another strange situation is, when I force my netmeetnig client to have
my gatekeeper IP = 61.93.xx.xx, seems one side can listen, but another just
cannot.
It is seems that the proxy not doing the work cool...................

  Thanks very much!

Yours sincerely,
Jason Chan, Hong Kong
====================================
Below is my ini configuration:
;
; This example shows how to use the gatekeeper as an H.323 proxy.
;
; Suppose the host of the gatekeeper has three network interfaces:
;
;   WAN:  ADSL IP
;   LAN1: IP=10.0.1.1     Network=10.0.0.0/8
;   LAN2: IP=192.168.0.1  Network= 192.168.0.0/16
;
; Endpoints may register with the gatekeeper from WAN, LAN1 or LAN2.
; For calls from WAN to WAN or LAN1/LAN2 to LAN1/LAN2,
; the gatekeeper only routes the call signalling as a normal gatekeeper.
; If a call comes from WAN to LAN1/LAN2, or vice versa, the gatekeeper
; routes all traffic between caller and callee (proxy mode).
;
; A proxy gatekeeper is usually register with a parent gatekeeper as a
; gateway. See child.ini for the configuration.
