You're right - but the bug is already corrected in the cvs. See the ChangeLog entry from 29th Oct 2004.
The good thing is that accounting records do not get lost and can easily be assigned to a particular account just by correcting the h323id field.
Try the latest cvs and send a report, if the problem still exists.

There seems to be a bug is SqlBill.
If any user puts a space after his h323id in his endpoint, he is allowed to
authenticate as well as make calls.
But in this case his account is not deducted and the accountid,cost etc
fields in voipcall are NULL.
It seems the trigger functions in voipcall are unable to find the accountid
associated with particulat h323id because of space.
