You need to ensure that: 1. Your RADIUS server is running (at the correct address, as specified in the gatekeeper config). 2. Your RADIUS server is properly configured. 3. Your secret shared between the RADIUS and the gatekeeper is correct.
Don't use assignaliases field this way - leave it NULL. And definitelly don't put there an IP address.

I have tried again I reinstalled the postgresql (version 4.3.3-4 rh9) and freeradius 0.9.3 and gnugk-2.2.0.
However, the problem still persists however, with undefinedreasons. the attached are the voipuser entries (usertable) and the gnugk.log (gnugk)
