Hi all,

The problem:
============
GnuGK refuses to send LRQ to its neighbours when it
receives an LRQ that misses the hopCount field from a neighbour.

Expected Behaviour:
==================
GnuGK should insert a hopCount into the LRQ and send it to its
neighbours.

Comments:
=========
The above described behaviour is expected to happen by default.

In fact, it only happens if you have an entry like
   "ForwardLRQ=always"
for the originating neighbour.

It would be nice if the GnuGK documentation could better describe what
is the difference between "AlwaysForwardLRQ" (possible value 0,1) and
"ForwardLRQ" (possible values "always", "depends", "never")
