AW: innovaphone ip200 cant register

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi Michal

Yes :-) without success.

I think in the meantime the UseEndpointIdentifier is obsolete again, since
it "only" was a workaround to make the GnuGK running with the SmartNode
which did not correctly implement this aspect of H.235. The "SmartNode guys"
fixed it in the mean time and we get the GnuGK and the SmartNode
interoperating without using the magic switch.

Regarding the innovaphone - i did not test very intensively (since we don't
really use this phone, it's too expensive :-)), but i thought i have found
the innovaphone ignoring the RCF while using H.235. It just goes on sending
RRQ regardless a valid RCF from the GnuGk.

Grretings
Frank

Hi Frank,

did you try to play with the magic option;):

[H235]
UseEndpointIdentifier=0

?

Hi Thomas

Michal is right regarding his advice to use 2.0.9 - otherwise it's SURE that
H.235 will not work. What version are the traces from?
But still with 2.0.9 i didn't get the innovaphone working....

Greetings
Frank

hello frank,

i am not really sure how to check the tokenoid in the rrq. i am not very
skilled in h.235 standard and i cant find any informations about
nestedcryptotoken in the itu h.235 docs.

you can find the rrq from ip202 at http://www.ctrl-c.de/ip202-rrq, maybe you
are able to see if rrq is correct. at http://www.ctrl-c.de/ip202-trace you
can find the trace from the ip202.

thank you for your help.

gruss
