h323-credit-time, as the name suggests, specifies
maximum allowed call duration (in seconds)

Besides, sqlbill returns h323-credit-time in a correct
format, so where did you take 0.xx and 0.0xx values
from?

I use RadAliasAuth config with sqlbill + freeradius + gnugk
when i put creadit of destination call >= 0 it ok to process
but i put creadit of destination call < 0 (0.xx, 0.0xx) it return error
