hello everybody;

i got the following strucutre

LAN with 2 ip phones and one FXO gateway, all nicely hooked up to a
GNUGK to 192.168.0.1. It is also listening on a external ip provided
by a nat sharing in DMZ

so

Internet
   I
  \_/
  ROUTER (nat)
   I
   I
   DMZ  (192.168.0.1 configured as 1.2.3.4)
   I
   I
   LAN (ip phones and fxo gateway)

i'm trying to hookup a FXS gateway to the gatekeeper 1.2.3.4 ; the FXS
is located in a colocation facility; so it's 100% accessible via a fix
ip 2.3.4.5

so

  2.3.4.5 FXS gateway with one line attached registering to 1.2.3.4
  gnugk

  /-\
   I
   I
Internet
   I
  \_/
  ROUTER (nat)
   I
   I
   DMZ  (192.168.0.1 configured as 1.2.3.4)
   I
   I
   LAN (ip phones and fxo gateway)

the units registers without any prob to the gateway
if i dial a number that is inside the LAN (after the DMZ) it is being
logged in the gnugk status window; but no call is established; the
phone is registed in the gnugk anyhow

i can dial from ipphone 1 to ipphone 2 within the lan;

this happens when i try to call the extension that is configured in
the FXS (so from inside the lan)

ACF|192.168.0.122:1720|1763_endp|13687|299:dialedDigits|ipphone:h323_ID=101:dialedDigits|false;
DCF|192.168.0.122|1763_endp|13687|normalDrop;
ARJ|2.3.4.5:1720|299:dialedDigits|2FXS-004995:h323_ID=299:dialedDigits|true|routeCallToGatekeeper;

it rings ; i can pick it up ; but cant send any sound from the fxs to
the ipphone via the gnugk ..

this is what appens at the FXS gateway ..

cmEvNewCall-cmParamSourceAddress-alias_index=0, calling party H323ID: ipphone
cmEvNewCall-cmParamSourceAddress-alias_index=1, calling party E164: 101
cmCallGetCallingPartyId:
                TA:192.168.0.1:1721,NAME:ipphone,TEL:101,101 caller id= 1
cmCallGetCalledPartyId:
                TEL:299,299 called id= 1
Calledparty E.164 = 299
Call will be routed to 299.
>>> Line 1 matched. <<<
*-*-*-*-*-* Enter SSE section
*-*-*-*-*-* SSE section completed!
Calling party IP: 192.168.0.1
cmCallGetNumOfParams(count=1) success
alias.type=cmAliasTypeE164 ; index=0
Calling party E164: 101

is it normal that i get the LOCAL IP of the GNUGK server ? it seems a
little bit strange to me, how does my FXS know that he has to connect
to 1.2.3.4 instead of the 192.168.0.1.. ( i assume things go wrong
there)..

visa-versa. . i can't dial in ; nor receive calls with the fxs via the
gnugk..

looks like a typical NAT problem to me; therefore my ini file could be
interesting to you guys
