Disconnect cause 0 is set when no other cause is available. One sample
situation
is when the gatekeeper disconnects a call (on call duration limit expired,
for example).
The gatekeeper does not always generate correct disconnect causes in all
situations.

I also got 0 as disconnect cause for connected calls...wats the problem with
2.0.9 in this regard.Its not handling disconnect cause properly.
