ok.If GK is running in stand alone 
mode then 

[RasSrv::ARQFeatures]
ArjReasonRouteCallToSCN=0
ArjReasonRouteCallToGatekeeper=1
will these features can cause disconnectcause as 0 and can drop calls 
immediately.
