I'm unfamiliar with the VoIP GW, only the videoconferencing GW's.  However they may be similar in their operation.

Have you tried the tech support forum on the Cisco website?

Which Cisco gateway are you using?  Is it the Voip gateway on the router, or the 3540 / 3526 videoconferencing gateway?

does not cover info on how inbound from gateway to EP is accomplished (whether dial-peers need to be created, and how. am only familiar with POTS and VOIP dial peers but it seems not to work with an H323 EP like openphone). available info is how to configure the cisco as a gateway, which i already have. what i want to accomplish is to simulate an inbound call to an EP that is registered with GK. example:

EP is 2124569870

from the gateway, i should be able to send an inbound to this endpoint by issuing:

csim start 2124569870

and it should ring the EP.

Is anyone familiar on how to configure a Cisco gateway so that I can send calls from that gateway to a gnugk endpoint? The gateway registers with GK.

I am able to place calls from the EP via the gateway, but I am not familiar on the configuration of the gateway so that it is able to send incoming calls to the EP.
