Hi, got working ATA188 (the same as 186 but with 2 phone ports) with gatekeeper-2.0.5_1 on FreeBSD 5.2.1-RELEASE. Some notes and my working conf files are on: http://www.botka.homeunix.org/VoIP/index.html First steps: 1. Read the ATA186 manual 2. Configure IP address (voice menu or DHCP (try voice menu first)) 3. Get H323 image and load it to ATA186 (TFTP recommended) 4. Configure ATA186 and use syslog (not necesary, but very usefull) First use the http interface and if the configuration is working, put it into the config files to load it via TFTP (dont forget to formate the config files with "cfgfmt" (included in H323 image) 5. Configure GnuGK 6. Try to call If you got problems to get H323 Cisco image, there is one on: ftp://ftp.botka.homeunix.org/pub/VoIP Dont hesitate and send questions.
