This seems like a provider problem since release complete is coming from destination with release code 95. I looked at the release code and here is what I found: The remote device rejected your call. If you configured D-channel callback, this does not indicate an error; the remote device will call you back. If you did not configure callback, then there might be a problem concerning the service you need to use. If the remote site that you are connecting to uses a PBX, check the configuration of the PBX.
