Planet VIP400 VIP200 and Netmeeting setup

Good day from Greece, first off all sory for my not to good english,
my name is Christos Ioannou i am a new to this field ,and i have 2 questions,
 
I have a planet gateway VIP-400 and i want to make calls from netmeeting or from VIP-200 to VIP 400 but i can't make,
i have make the gnugk configuration and the planet vip-400 it connect to gnugk. So if anyone know something about that please
write to the list
 
PS: all netmeeting clients working correctly but when i try to make call from Netmeeting to VIP-400 (i call the 81)  i dont have success
      allso VIP 200 AND Vip 400 can make any call between on with Netmeeting clients
