An example:


[RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints]
212.216.212.216=carrier;00

[RasSrv::GwPrefixes]
carrier=80998#


[RasSrv::RewriteE164]
00=80998#


So, if you receive a call for 0017324609000, the 00 will be replaced with 
80998# and will be sent to PE "carrier".
