You cannot. CHAP-Password is generated by an endpoint,
not the gatekeeper, so the gatekeeper has no choice but to forward
CHAP-Password to a radius server. RadAliasAuth can send
User-Password, because it knows the cleartext password
(as it is equal to username or FixedPassword).
