Maybe the reason is different - infinite timeout when connecting to mysql database? Am I the only one with these problems? For those of you on Linux machines (or Cygwin), try to grep through your logs for the string "Duplicate". I have a ratio of 3-4 such lines per endpoint per day which is a lot IMHO.
