What is the purpose of configuring gatekeeper as alternates?
You should rather choose to have parent-childs setup.
Also not that in order this configuration to work LAN gatekeepers
have to reside on the NAT box (or eventually inside the LAN)
and run in the full proxy mode.
You should also provide some configs, as you probably have
something misconfigured.
