I would not recommend using 1.4.11 and 1.11.7 libraries
(although they used to work). You should upgrade at least
to 1.5.4 or 1.6.6-1.

In the second case you apparently have some errors in the config
(see the log and guess why there is (::1:1812) and not something
like 127.0.0.1:1812:1813).
