i am a new user of GnuGK.I am facing some problem. I would be thankful if some one can help me.
My problem is:
I registered some endpoints with GK. i mentioned them in CTI section.
[CTI::Agents]
VirtualQueue=support,sales
CTI_Timeout=10
In ACD readme file i read that this tells GK about the groups. I also read we have to mention aliases of endpoint in INI file. If i have two end points in one group lets suppose Maria and Maria1. where will i mention these endpoints if i have to mention groups in gk's ini.
I mentioned same groups in ACD ini as well. And in ACD agent file i mentioned
Maria=support
Maria1=support.
Through Alias i can palce a call. i want to use prefixes. Like i want to dedicate perticular no to a perticular group. And i want ACD to send the call to agent in perticular group. In short i want to use prefixes for this purpose.
Kindly mail me the explain me this problem or if i can get anyones email address.
