Hello Shakeel,
your billing system should send at least following attributes in
access-accept message:
h323-return-code = "h323-return-code=0"
and one or both of following:
h323-credit-time = "h323-credit-time=XXX"
and/or
Session-Timeout = XXX
where XXX - is remaining call duration in seconds
