Placing calls between two endpoints behind different NATs

I am thoroughly confused and frustrated with how I need to setup my
gatekeeper(s) to support this configuration.

===== Endpoint 1 ======= private IP, behind NAT
                  |
                  |
                 \/
===== Linux firewall 1 ==== public IP address, NAT
                  |
                  |
                 \/
===== Linux firewall 2 ==== public IP address, NAT
                  |
                  |
                 \/
===== Endpoint 2 ======= private IP, behind NAT

So I want to make a call (audio and video using netmeeting or
gnomemeeting) from Endpoint 1 to Endpoint 2.

        1. Do I need 1 gatekeeper only, or does each firewall need to run
it's own gatekeeper?
        2. How do these gatekeeper(s) need to be configured?
        3. Any special client setup?

I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times before, i just couldn't
find anything definitive on this topic.
