A compilation of JanusRC (March 8th vesrions on sf.net) version of pwlib was attempted on VC6++ and it failed due to absence of files listed in following files and these files themselves:- \pwlib\src\pwlib\mswin\PWLib.DSP \pwlib\Tools\PWRc\pwrc.dsp \pwlib\Tools\pwtest\pwtest.dsp The current cvs version of pwlib (v1.6pl4) was attempted to be compiled and the following error was noted on:- contain.h Please remove "c:\PWLIB\INCLUDE\PTLIB\MSOS" in include path. The cvs version was then compiled after deleting the offending path above and it compiled successfully. Latest cvs of OpenH323 (v1.13pl3) from sf.net compiled successfully on VC6++ with the VA-g729 libraries. The GNUgk v2.08cvs Release and Debug versions compiled correctly while the LDAP and Acct versions caused the winber.h error. The GNUgk v22b4cvs compiled correctly. The OpenPhone cvs (v1.9.3) compiled correctly but did not work correctly - calls to and from it get disconnected instantaneously. PWLIB was not compiled with the "--enable-rtti" flag as it was absent in the "configure --help" output. Will try again tomorrow with the rtti flag enabled.
