Hi, I am having a problem with RouteToAlias commands with my setup. [RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints] 10.0.50.1=endpoint1 10.0.50.2=endpoint2 ... [CTI::Agents] VirtualQueue=routingagent VirtualQueuePrefixes=011 CTI_Timeout=120 If I place a call to 01161294811111 I see a RouteRequest, I write the appropriate response: EG: RouteToAlias endpoint1 4434_endp 3002 I see a ACF| message, but it has endpoint1:identifier as the destination info, and the call goes to fast busy. If I instead put the 011 prefix on one of the endpoints, I see an ACF| message with 01161294811111:dialedDigits as the destination info. This works. Is there some extra processing that is needed in WaitingARQ.cxx? I need the call to be routed to endpoint1 and to preserve the original E164 address. -- http://www.fastmail.fm - The professional email service ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net is sponsored by: Speed Start Your Linux Apps Now.
