I'm have another problem with the callRec's not matching: 

The second ACF is not being recognised as part of the same call even though
the conference ID is the same.   How does the gatekeeper determine if the 
answer ACF ties up with an orig ACF?

When calling in from the PSTN, even with 
ArjReasonRouteCallToGatekeeper=0 the GK clears the call eventually because
it thinks the first callrec never completed and sends a DRQ which has the
effect of tearing down 'both' calls. 

Any ideas?
