Yearh, i closed any ip by firewalls, except those ip that i need .. 
and enabled  AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1..
But .. if i want to register few clients with pasword authentification ..
( their IP change every time they connect to internet ) ..
i don't know what IP they will have next time and cannpt open firewall
dynamiccaly .. :((

Currently you can do nothing I guess. Try to enable
AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1
and configure approtiate firewall rules - it will give you much better
security than
AcceptUnregisteredCalls=0.
There are plans to include some option like AcceptPermanentCalls to the
config
soon.
