Currently you can do nothing I guess. Try to enable AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1
and configure approtiate firewall rules - it will give you much better security than
AcceptUnregisteredCalls=0.
There are plans to include some option like AcceptPermanentCalls to the config
soon.
