What do think about changing "while" in ProxyHandleThread::RemoveSockets()
from  "while ((ti != removedTime.end())&& ((now - **ti) > 5*1000)"
into  "while (ti != removedTime.end()" with removed check for
5 sec delay.

I was check it and look like it work without this time delay.
Anybody see any hidden problems to remove this time delay ?
