Re: Dropped calls, fast busy tone

Hi,

I made 2 calls, with the first coming from source port 35129 and second from source port 35130. Everything appears normal in debug that are pertaining to the first call, no fast busy tone, CDR shown.

When I dialed the second call, I could see that a TCP connection from source port 35130 was made, but dropped shortly after without CDR output. The debug as seen below are what I have captured, before the second call was made till after the phone was hung up.

Cheers,
KR

Hi All,

Lets get a few things staightened out here:

1. When a call disconnects it should generate a disconnect cause, having
a call disconnect without a disconnect cause would most probably mean
that the GK dropped a thread or something like that.
2. If you issue the command "clearcalls" on the GK status port, you will
generate CDR's with missing information, causing the disappearing calls
from your billing information.
3. Although I'm not using 2.2.2, but using 2.0.7, it's very hard for me to
believe that 2.2.2 misses around 10% of the calls.

Please include a complete level4 debug from GnuGK, so we can see the entire
flow of the call, so we may try to understand what's going on.

Hi.
There is minimum information in this message, and null information in following one.
Tell us, what your problem is?
And pleas show problem with logs!
There is no reasons to think the call, which logs we can see here, was dropped!
What do you mean?
Igor.
