That means your gateway (Cisco?) tries to setup more than one
call over a single signaling channel (tcp connection).
As it is not supported by the gnugk, it instructs the gateway
to establish a new signaling channel for the new connection
(ReleaseComplete with the reason code NewConnectionNeeded).
