You can look at H.225 specs and a definition of GloballyUniqueID.
The originating GW either generates a new CID with its MAC address
or uses the CID specified by the calling endpoint.

do you know comlete algorithm of CallID forming?
Or do you know, from where does orig GW know correspondent's MAC?
Or does CISCO corp. know and remember about this rules?
(Situations like this I saw very many times, and firstly was surprised too).
