This is not true. A correctly formed call identifier is a Globally Unique ID, which contains both the MAC address of the creating endpoint (which should be unique) and a timestamp. The timestamp is accurate to the nearest milliseond (IIRC), but contains a tie-breaker to ensure it should *always* be unique.
