The original email from Dimitris Daskopoulos seemed to indicate that he was able to compile and link with no problems until he started add things like the following to the GnuGK compile options: HAS_ACCT=1 NO_LDAP=1 LARGE_FDSET=1 MYSQLDIR=/usr/lib/mysql My thought is that when GnuGK is compiled with thse flags, it triggers a problem somewhere in the linker. If we knew what flags triggered the problem, and which did not, we would be on the way to finding the problem.
