OK. The problem lies elsewhere - a calling socket gets removed from CallRec
before the CDR is generated, so it does not have any way to determine calling IP.
I think the bug was in every release, since this code haven't changed much.

Disconnectcall will always output an empty caller IP field, while regular CDR
will sometimes output the address and sometimes not - it depends what takes
the place first - CDR or socket removal.

I'll try to fix it before 2.0.7 release, but it's not so simple.
