1. GNU GK does not yet support call redirection.
2. As a consequence of 1, Cisco VSAs for redirecting calls
    are not yet supported (although it is planned to make possible
    number rewritting with Radius - something similar to call redirection).
3. RADIUS Accounting module is not a good place to to redirection,
    you probably meant RADIUS Authentication module.
