I am having an issue with FileAcct not working for me. My config file is as follows: -------------------------------------------- [Gatekeeper::Main] Fourtytwo=42 Name=gk1.nyc [Gatekeeper::Auth] default=allow [Gatekeeper::Acct] FileAcct=required;stop [FileAcct] DetailFile=/var/log/gk/cdr.log Rotate=1 [RoutedMode] GKRouted=1 H245Routed=1 RemoveH245AddressOnTunneling=1 [Proxy] Enable=1 (there are also some perm endpoints and neighbours) -------------------------------------------- Calls flow fine. When the call is complete, on the admin interface, I get: CDR|10|24 f8 34 37 1a e3 11 d8 b9 25 e5 1e 79 9e db 6e|6|Thu, 20 Nov 2003 17:53:13 -0500|Thu, 20 Nov 2003 17:53:19 -0500|64.xx.xx.97:2930| |212.xx.xx.xx:1720|2423_endp|011xxxxxxxxxxxx#:dialedDigits|cust1.oct:h323_ID|gk1.nyc; am I missing something blatently obvious? The cdr.log file is not even being created. The directory exists. debug trc 4 shows nothing about it even erroring when trying to write to the file. i have: -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 365345 Sep 24 15:55 gnugk-2.0.6.tgz -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 2342908 Aug 28 00:11 openh323_1_12_3.tgz -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 1083408 Aug 28 00:12 pwlib_1_5_3.tgz compiled all plainly. this is a freebsdd 4.7-release box. gnugk advertises itself as: OpenH323 Gatekeeper - The GNU Gatekeeper with ID 'OpenH323GK' started on 0.0.0.0 Gatekeeper(GNU) Version(2.0.6) Ext(pthreads=1) Build(Nov 19 2003, 00:14:48) Sys(FreeBSD i386 4.7-RELEASE) -- Alex Rubenstein, AR97, K2AHR, alex@nac.net, latency, Al Reuben -- -- Net Access Corporation, 800-NET-ME-36, http://www.nac.net -- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
