I just tested the latest 2.0.7 cvs and CDRs did contain the originating IP.
I tested calls from unregistered endpoints to registered endpoints and permanent endpoints.
The auth section looked like:
[Gatekeeper::Auth]
RadAliasAuth=required;Setup
