You also need to download an executable file named ata186us.exe and run it from your DOS prompt.

Well you see I have been told that Vonage orders them from Cisco with a whole new firmware that limits the unit to vonage only.
And, they even lock you out of being able to change any settings.
I want to take one that was used on vonage and reset it to CISCO firmware.
