Hi, Andrew, Can you insure that ATA does send RRQ message to GnuGK? What do you have in trace level 5 GnuGK logs? You may use ethereal 0.9.15+ to capture and decode RAS messages. My guess is that you don't have you gatekeeper name set in both gatekeeper.ini file and your ATA configuration.
