Calling-Station-Id = "101" because this is the first dialedDigits alias in 
registration table (see your RCF messages)...

CallRec::GenerateCDR() shows you m_srcInfo taken from ACF, and RadAcct module 
gets Calling-Station-Id from callingEP->GetAliases() dialedDigits first 
(101:dialedDigits in your case)...
