LARGE_FDSET is not for Windows. Under Windows you can try to set
WinSock FD_SETSIZE=... macro (default value is 64). Be aware that you
will need to recompile pwlib with this macro too to achieve the goal.

Compiled PWLib and OpenH323 from sf.net - latest - using configure.
Compiled latest GNUgk v2.07cvs today with LARGE_FDSET on Win32/Win98  VC6++
(Project/Settings/C++ - LARGE_FDSET=8192) and found the compile line having
the D parameter for LARGE_FDSET.
The following 14 errors were noted:-
